In advance of the planned guidance ‘refresh’, we have devised a survey for home educators in Scotland as part of an investigation into local authorities’ home education policies, practices and relationships with our community.
It has been previewed and tested by a few members to ensure there are no glaring omissions or errors. We will analyse responses alongside LA policies (which have already been requested via FOI) and we also hope to conduct a few face-to-face interviews.
Please consider taking part in this (all responses are anonymous) and sharing it with other home education groups so that the results can usefully inform our ongoing discussions with the government.
